Charming two bedroom cottage located off the cobbled streets of the old town in a quite inviting yard. This elevated property has a unique feel being newly refurbished while retaining some period features. This property benefits from an enclosed garden with patio furniture providing the perfect setting for alfresco dining. This spacious cottage sleeps up to four people and is a short distance from shops, bars and bistros.

Entrance Hall: Coat hanging area and shoe rack.
Kitchen /Diner: Dining table and chairs, TV with Freesat and DVD player. Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine. 
Bathroom: Bath, shower over bath, toilet and washbasin.
Lounge: Smart TV, comfortable seating, electric fire, book case, standard lamp, nest of wooden tables.
Utility Cupboard.
Bedroom 2: Full size bunk beds, bedside drawers, wardrobe.

FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, hanging rail, easy chair.(Please note due to the shape of the beamed ceiling the head room is very slightly restricted to the side of the bed.) rooftop and sea views.

Pets: One dog welcome.

Garden: Enclosed garden / patio area and picnic table.
Parking: No private parking provided. Scratch cards are provided for zoned, local on-street parking. This is on a first come first served basis.
Heating: Gas central heating.
Short breaks: Not accepted during peak weeks.

Collie cottage was fantastic and we all had a brilliant stay. My one niggle is although the location was perfect for us, anyone with the slightest mobility issues would have problems. The cottage is tucked away up a narrow lane and up steep stairs with no nearby parking. As I said, really didn't concern us but someone older or less fit would really struggle. Internally the cottage is really well equipped and we couldn't have asked for more, but the master bedroom again is up steep stairs and height of ceiling combined with location of beams made moving around and getting in and out of bed something definitely not for the less physically able!

Really lovely cottage a real home away from home, beautiful decor and wonderful patio area, would have given five stars across the board apart from the uneven steps up to the cottage and the lack of curtains/blinds in the main bedroom that cut out light, awake at 5am every day as so bright.

No towels provided, had to pack wet towels for trip home. More than five coat hangers would be helpful. No cafetiere. Mattress seen better days. Otherwise, really good location, very clean and everything else you could need.

Fantastic value for money the only reason for the score on the comfort was the bed the mattress was to hard for us but understand that people preferences are different. Everything is thought of if forget something chances are it's in the cottage would definitely stay again and would recommend Collie cottage to anyone
