The fabulous kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped with French doors out into the garden, there’s a stylish dining area with wicker back chairs and a comfortable living space with soft leather sofas. Upstairs the three bedrooms are perfect, styled and decorated in coastal colours of white blue and red providing a calm vibe. The elegant bathroom completes the first floor accommodation and comes complete with a freestanding roll top bath. There’s even an additional wet room on the ground floor - ideal for rinsing off sandy toes!

Step outside and the style continues… the garden is charming with a circular wicker table and chairs and a couple of wooden loungers, lovely for relaxing with an aperitif on a summer evening. Dog friendly Little Ducks is a great option for families or friends looking to stay somewhere special - a gem of a holiday home!

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
