Description

Two luxurious barns on a working vineyard, with beams galore, wood burners, comfy sofas and plenty of space - the perfect environment to unwind and relax with family or friends. The barns are ideally located for the perfect getaway with stunning views, walking or cycling from your doorstep along the Saxon Shore Way and a lovely local pub. There are two hot tubs to soak your cares away!  The linked barn offers generous and light accommodation with a galleried landing with a bird's eye view across the vineyard, vaulted ceilings and plenty of areas to just sit and enjoy your beautiful surroundings. The very spacious open plan living and dining area and well equipped kitchen in the main barn make this the perfect spot for special occasions.  The smaller barn is connected on the ground floor and offers another living area to retreat to for some peace and quiet, with two further bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen.  These properties have been designed with nature in mind using sustainable energy systems.  A ground source heat pump, solar panels and underfloor heating have all been used in the eco design.

Reviews

A really comfortable and beautiful property. We were a group of 10 and really enjoyed staying here. The hot tub with a view over the vineyard and beyond was a particular high point.

Mrs S,

Stunning property with everything you could want for a group holiday. We booked both Churchlands Barn and The Old Cow Shed for 12 of us to celebrate a 50th birthday. Wonderful dining and entertaining spaces with large patio equipped with rattan furniture, hot tubs and fabulous views across the vineyard. Lovely walks from the property including to a local pub and wine tours just a few miles away.

Mrs D,

I rented this property for my 60th birthday it met all my expectations perfect location and very comfortable.

Mrs N,

We were a family party of eleven from 2 to 70 years and Vineyard View together with the Old Cowshed met all our needs. The accommodation was light and airy with fabulous views, the hot tubs and the table football entertained the children for hours. The properties are in a great location for exploring Kent and we visited many of the National Trust places in the area. The owners were lovely and responded to our questions promptly. All in all a wonderful week away.

Mr W,
