Description

Snipe Cottage is a beautifully presented holiday cottage tucked away down a quiet lane in the heart of Woodbridge. It has been furnished to a high standard throughout and is perfect for a family or romantic getaway. With its own private parking and pretty south-facing garden, Snipe Cottage is ideal for a holiday at any time of year. Shop: 100 yards Pub: 200 yards.

Kitchen/Dining Area: Electric oven and gas hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer dryer, table and chairs.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: King size bed and En-Suite Shower Room with shower cubicle, washbasin and wc, underfloor heating.
Bedroom 2: Single bed.
Bedroom 3: Single bed.
Bathroom: Bath with overbath shower, washbasin and wc, underfloor heating.

Garden: South-facing garden with patio area and garden furniture.
Parking: Private for one car.

Woodbridge is a historic town of great character situated on the River Deben. Its charm lies in the many narrow picturesque streets of fine houses and cottages, the river, a popular marina, the busy boatyards, the famous Tide Mill, the ancient buildings around the Market Hill and the fine Church. Woodbridge has an interesting shopping centre, with many specialist shops, good restaurants and pubs, together with art galleries, antique shops, town museum, Suffolk Horse museum, an excellent cinema/theatre, large recreation areas and an indoor heated swimming pool.

We have had a wonderful stay in Snipe Cottage. The cottage is beautifully decorated and stylishly accessorised with calm colours and stunning paintings of Woodbridge Tide Mill and other local picturesque places. It was really spacious upstairs and downstairs and having the table outside so near to the back patio doors was really useful. We arrived and there was an amazing bag of goodies for us. (Thank you). The property was so well equipped, clean, and included was a mid stay clean and change of linen - all very much appreciated. It was a really good base for visiting Felixstowe beach and paddle boarding at Deben and we enjoyed strolling down to the nearby estuary regularly and visiting the local museum. We came home feeling very refreshed. Snipe Cottage is the nicest accommodation we have ever stayed in. Thank you.
