54 Stradbroke Road is in the heart of Southwold, just along from the lighthouse. A fabulous period holiday home on the Suffolk coast with shops, cafes pubs and of course the beach all within reach!

This delightful traditional brick build property is beautiful, decorated in a neutral palette with stripped wood floors and lovely furnishings. The spacious self catering accommodation is over three floors with five comfortable bedrooms sleeping nine guests. From the moment you step inside you’ll feel at home, this coastal holiday property is well equipped with everything you need - the kitchen/diner has a farmhouse style table and chairs, dishwasher and plenty of utensils to conjure up your favourite dish. A cosy sociable space, perfect for relaxing and chatting over dinner with a glass of wine. If you’re in need of a little ‘me’ time why not grab a coffee and a book and take refuge in the courtyard garden… there’s a little table and chairs with your name on it!

The property has Holiday Home membership at Southwold Golf Club. This allows one person occupying the property at any time to play golf and enjoy the clubhouse facilities for free. It also allows other household occupants to enjoy discounted member guest green fees. Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
