A pretty, two-storey house located in the popular seaside town of Southwold, this is the perfect abode for couples, a family or friends looking to spend some relaxing time together. The house is less than half a mile from the promenade and beach, and Southwold has many independent shops to offer. The common is within easy reach and a nearby footpath leads down to the harbour (1 mile) from where you can take the foot ferry in the summer to Walberswick. Nearby is Covehithe Beach and Benacre National Nature Reserve (5 miles), whilst Lowestoft South Beach and National Trust Dunwich Heath and Beach are just 12 miles away. There are plenty of opportunities to walk the beautiful Suffolk Coast Path and explore the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

This welcoming terraced property is beautifully designed with a seaside theme and attention to detail which means that you instantly feel right at home. On the ground floor, there's a bright, open-plan space that begins with a living room with comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch TV. The kitchen and dining area, through an open doorway, are equipped with everything you need to enjoy eating together. Upstairs you will find a king-size bedroom with wooden floors and an en-suite shower room, a twin room with nautical stylings and a TV, and a separate bathroom.

At the front, a small courtyard complete with furniture makes an ideal spot for enjoying the sunny weather.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!

Southwold is a lovely place by a lovely part of the Suffolk coast; this property is very attractive and ideally located in the town. There are many interesting places to visit nearby. We had a great week staying here.

The property was in a excellent position in Southwold Well equipped there was very thing we needed The welcome pack was a wonderful surprise A little expensive when there are only two people Has we were early in the season we did not have trouble parking but it must be a problem in the high season shame that parking is not allowed in the court yard I would like to thank a very pleasant young man who helped us when we arrived we had not read the full instruction on how to find the property and how to open the gate will read all the instructions in future maybe it could be point out it helps to read in information you supplied We had a wonderful week
