Description
This pretty cottage offers a great location for a family holiday in the winter or summer. It enjoys sea views and is within yards of the beach, yet is wonderfully central for all other amenities in the town.

Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the marketplace, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
