Southwold Pier Area - It is often said that nothing changes in Southwold. However, the much-acclaimed pier was rebuilt in 2001 and was the first to be constructed in England in over fifty years. It now fits in well with the painted beach huts, promenade and colourful flowerbeds. There is a shop, cafes and an alternative amusement arcade there. The selection of properties' hereabouts makes it an ideal location to stay in Southwold if you require quiet accommodation that is also close to the beach, town centre and the many footpaths across the marshes leading you to the less explored areas of the town.

Reviews

We had the most amazing time at Seacroft, 12 of us celebrating my daughter’s 30th. A true party house and the perfect location, we even braved it and went in the sea! The dining room is exceptional for a big group and all 6 bedrooms were lovely along with large clean bathrooms. We loved it and would definitely return.

Mrs H,

Lovely warm, well-equipped house in a great location.

Ms H,

Great house for a family getaway

Mrs P,

Lovely place

Mr H,

This house was beautifully maintained and in the most perfect location. The kitchen and lower living room have not been raised to the same high standard as the rest of the house (which was exceptional!) We had a fabulous few days. Thank you.

Mrs Lynn B,

Great location lovely house ideal for extended family visit or birthday

Mr D,

We had a wonderful time at this amazing huge house to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary with our immediate family. Very comfortable and Southwold is such a pretty location. The bathrooms seem to have been recently renovated so lovely and clean and modern. Our only gripe was that the kitchen is very dated and grubby. It could do with a good deep clean. Other than that everything was perfect.

Mr John B,

Very good overall but kitchen/diner needs a refurb

Mrs Susan C,

My family and I loved staying at Seacroft. It just seems to go on and on and we had some wonderful games of guide and seek. There's plenty of space so that you can all eat together, yet find a quiet nook for some alone time. Highly recommend it.
