Description
Sea Salt Cottage is a lovingly refurbished cottage located right in the heart of Porthleven. This family cottage retains much of its character and charm, whilst offering comfortable living accommodation over three floors.
On the ground floor is the cheerful living room with Smart TV and woodburner. The family shower room is on this floor. A narrow, steep staircase leads to the lower ground floor where there is a very well equipped and spacious kitchen dining room and a handy utility room. The sleeping accommodation is on the first floor and comprises of a good sized master bedroom with double bed. The second bedroom has bunk beds. Outside to the rear of the cottage is a small courtyard with seating.
Sea Salt Cottage is located in the heart of Porthleven, within easy walking distance of its superb choice of restaurants, pubs, galleries, the harbour and beach. Porthleven is ideal for exploring West Cornwall, and the town of Helston with its supermarkets and banks is just two miles away.
Please note that due to this being a traditional cottage the staircase to the lower ground floor is steep and not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. The kitchen ceiling is of average height however there are several wooden beams across the ceiling which are around 6'3 high. The doorway into the shower room is low so please mind your head.

Kitchen/Diner: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine.
FIRST FLOOR:

GARDEN AND PARKING:
Small rear courtyard with seating. On-street parking is usually available.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1 medium-sized dog, £25 per week per pet
Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and highchair provided, please bring your own cot bedding.
Shop: 0.2 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.
