Situated just steps from Porthmeor Beach and minutes from the harbour front, 3 Lower Saltings has been comfortably furnished, is well equipped and the ideal bolthole for those looking to take in all the town has to offer.

Set in a shared courtyard, the apartment has two steps leading down into an open plan kitchen/living/dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge and washing machine. The lounge area has a Smart TV. The bedroom has a 5ft bed and a stable door which gives access to the shared courtyard. In the wet room is a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin, and heated towel rail.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Overall we had a lovely holiday and the property was as described. The mattress beginning to showing signs of wear with one edge beginning to collapse. We were surprised there was no tea/coffee starter pack (although this wasn't mentioned in the inventory to be fair). However, there was meant to be salt and pepper, there was a small amount of table salt in a salt grinder (meaning it didn't really work - either no salt or too much salt) and the pepper grinder was empty. There was also only about half a toilet roll supplied. On arrival we found there was scaffolding to the front of the property which we hadn't been made aware of and this was then removed early-ish one morning during our stay. Overall there felt to be a bit of a lack of attention to detail which would have made us feel more welcome.
