Reydon is the neighbouring village to the seaside town of Southwold – the two are divided by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of the past used to tie up. Reydon is a charming village which has expanded over the years and has become very popular with holidaymakers and second home-owners due to its proximity to Southwold. There is a foothpath leading from the Lowestoft Road directly to the seafront which only takes ten minutes to walk. Reydon has the added advantage of two village shops, a health centre (recently re-located from Southwold), a village hall and The Randolph Hotel which is popular with the village locals. Reydon offers lots of great walks, cycle routes and in spring time Reydon Woods Nature Reserve is a must-see with its gorgeous spread of bluebells. The village also offers good links to the village of Blythburgh and Kessingland.

Reviews

Beautiful bungalow beautifully furnished. Plenty of room inside and also for parking. Would stay again

Mrs P,

Excellent property for a family or a group of friends. Open plan living areas work well. Well equipped.

Mr M,

Pure luxury, well equipped, very spacious, would love to return for another visit

Mr H,

Generally speaking the bungalow was ideal with plenty of equipment, although only supplying one toilet roll per bathroom for a week was a bit annoying. The loft hatch opening on its own in the middle of the night was dangerous and did damage the wall, but the staff dealt with the problem immediately and courteously.

Mrs Linda W,

A lovely property in a good location to visit the surrounding area A few issues - dust in many areas of the property, and a very strong smell of sewage from the bathroom areas. This was helped by opening the windows but 3 did not have windows

Miss Pamela J,

From start to finish the information given to us was correct and informative. The property was well equipped and of a high standard. The welcome gift was a nice touch and much appreciated by all. An outstanding property which we would be happy to stay there again

Mr Raymond F,

amazing!
