Description

This light and airy two bedroom apartment is a perfect base for your break in Scarborough, and is only a short walk to all of the South Cliff amenities. The nearby cliff lift will take you down to the beach and Spa complex and both the Brunswick Shopping Centre and railway station are also within walking distance. The apartment has been comfortably furnished throughout and has been decorated with original paintings and quality furniture. Floor to ceiling French doors lead out from all living areas onto the traditional Victorian balcony which surrounds the whole property and boasts spectacular views of the sea and harbour. There is also a shared enclosed garden to the front of the property where you can sit and take in the sea air. Parking permits are provided for local on street parking. This is the ideal location for a family break away by the seaside, with the promenade and beaches close by.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table, large built-in wardrobe. French doors leading out to the balcony, sea views.
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe. French doors leading out to the balcony, partial sea views.
Bathroom: Bath with shower attachment, separate shower, toilet and washbasin/ vanity storage unit.

Parking: Scratch cards will be provided for one car within the zoned (3L) local street parking on a first come, first served basis.

An absolutely superb property. The location was what initially attracted us. When we entered the property we were very impressed with - everything. The layout, the quality of decor, furnishings and equipment were all beyond our expectations. It was like being at home; every time we wanted something it was there; televisions, radios, glasses, crockery, kitchen utensils - even a sieve for flour!! - and more hangers than I have ever seen. The welcome pack was just the beginning of having everything we needed. Open a cupboard and there was washing up equipment, dishcloths, cleaning materials; all the little things we take for granted at home which so often are not in rented accommodation. Real caring attention to detail here. Supremely comfortable. This was without doubt the finest self-catering accommodation We have ever stayed in. Full credit to the owners. We will be back.

apartment was superb,the only fault was the lighting on the hall and staircase when accessing the building at night,the switches are very antiquated and work when they feel like it,the table lights seem to be fitted with timers but they also did not work,i would recommend an electrician to check out.
