There is a wealth of footpaths surrounding the village just waiting to be explored. Only a couple of miles drive away is Woodbridge. This historic market town has plenty to do including the Tide Mill Living Museum, walks along the River Deben, swimming pool, cinema, train station with easy access to London and a host of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants to cater for all tastes. The coast is not far away taking approximately thirty minutes to reach and explore the popular seaside towns of Aldeburgh, and a little further away, Southwold.

Reviews

The property is situated in a very peaceful environment but also close to Woodbridge that is a very nice centre with many interesting features. We were there for not a very happy occasion and the friendly quiet place was just what we needed. I would like to go back pretty soon therefore I really recommend it.

Mrs P,

Nice comfortable cottage as per 3 star rating, quiet location, good facilities that covered our every need so nothing was found (utility wise) was found lacking in anyway! The cottage information folder & the information provided about local areas & places to visit & eat etc was first class & could not be faulted.

Mr D,

Lovely cottage, very relaxing break. Found some lovely dog friendly pubs for lunch and good walks around nearby area. Would recommend.
