There is an excellent dining pub, The Red Lion at Brede and you can also go shopping at Jempsons Superstore only 3 miles away and well known for delicious local produce. The gorgeous medieval cinque port town of Rye is just 7 miles away, with its winding cobbled streets, artisan shops and fascinating smuggling history.
