  • This well presented detached property with a short walk to the sandy beach with its very own working harbour. Sea views. Due to the proximity of Dirleton to Cascade and Little Cascade  collectively that can sleep up to 22 people, for a large family get together.

Dirleton is a lovely detached house in Saundersfoot village just a 200 metre walk to the super beaches, pubs and restaurants. A delightful property with views across Saundersfoot. Ideally located for a beach holiday.

 

Entrance: Side entrance into conservatory with seating. Patio door leading out to decked area with table and chairs.

Kitchen/Diner: Open-plan. Comfy leather sofa. Dining table and chairs. Breakfast bar. Fridge, Freezer, Microwave. Dishwasher, Radio, Gas hob, electric oven.

Bathroom 1: Shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet.

Storage room: Washing machine, dryer.

Lounge: Comfortable seating. Gas fire. TV with Freeview, DVD player.

Overall a wonderful property in the perfect location for Saundersfoot; it is well proportioned, homely and having now stayed here twice, we'll almost certainly be back to stay again!

A perfect location for a family holiday as easy walking distance to Saundersfoot with its beautiful beaches, cliff path walks and a good selection of restaurants and shops. The property offered wonderful amenities with dishwasher, plentiful (matching) china and glasses as well as generous fridge and freezer space all of which made for easy catering. Comfortable bedrooms with lots of flexible living spaces downstairs. Directions/check-in/key collection/check-out all clearly explained. Would definitely highly recommend this property (albeit reluctantly as I want it to be available for my next booking...!) Had there been any problems, there is an office in the town with friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent location. Beds comfy. Pet friendly. Plenty of seating and room for 6 people to not feel on top on one another, good amount of glasses and mugs. Could do with tongs in kitchen. Issue with TV sorted really promptly by Powells and owner, thanks. Only negative is the cooker needs a really good clean inside as it smoked when trying to use the oven, so we ended up not using it. Overall a fantastic break, thank you.

We have previously stayed at the property and are very satisfied with the convenient location and space of the property. Reason why we have scored cleanliness as a 4 is because the main dinning table was quite dirty when we wiped up after our first meal. For your information the door from the front bedroom to the balcony does not lock we did not realise this until the end of our stay. Overall very pleased and have already booked for next October.

Location

Spacious property in Saundersfoot village only 200 metres walk to the super sandy beach. There is an assortment of  gift shops for that ideal souvenir, cafes, pubs and restaurants for any occasion. The working harbour is busy all year round with fishing trips, sightseeing boat trips in constant flow.  Visit the many attractions Pembrokeshire has to offer all within a short drive, choose from theme parks and zoos or castles and historic sites. Or sit back and relax on the balcony and watch the world go by!
