Description

The Lookout is a beautiful modern duplex townhouse in close proximity to the coastal resort of Saundersfoot with its shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Easy access to Glen beach through a short woodland walk.

Entrance with stairs up to first floor and stairs down to the ground floor. Stair gate fixed from the stairs leading into open plan living space.

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1: King sized bed, leads to a patio garden equipped with garden furniture.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds

Bathroom: Bath, shower, WC and wash basin.

FIRST FLOOR

Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Open plan living, flat screen tv/dvd, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine/drier and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs. Lovely views towards Saundersfoot Bay.

Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Parking: Private parking for 1 car. Visitor's spaces may be available.
3 EV Charging points located in Rhodewood House available for use on a first come first serve basis. 

Garden/Patio: Patio garden with garden furniture to the rear. Garage for storage of bikes/surf boards etc available upon request.

Heating: Full gas central heating, (£15 payable for heating September - April inc payable on booking).

Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.

We had a lovely stay at the property. It was clean and well maintained, the instructions to enter the property were concise and clear. It is in a great location - not too far from restaurants and beach.
