Description

Fabulous beachside,  ground floor apartment on the Strand in Saundersfoot, this is a much sought after position in the heart of the attractive, seaside village with direct access to the beach and wonderful sea views. Great location for a coastal holiday anytime of the year. Ideally suited to 2 or 3 guests but can accommodate up to 5 guests. 

THIS ACCOMMODATION IS ALL ON THE GROUND FLOOR. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE THREE STEPS TO ENTER THE APARTMENT FROM OUTSIDE APARTMENT.

Kitchen: Well-equipped kitchen. Washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric oven, grill and hob.  Kettle, Toaster. Sea Views.

Lounge/Diner: Comfortable and cosy lounge/diner. LCD flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player. Quality, comfortable new sofa bed (double sofa bed). Dining table and chairs. Bay window with great sea views. New furniture and carpets.

Bedroom 1: Quality double bed with luxury comfort pocket spring mattress, fitted furniture.

Bedroom 2: Small single bedroom. Brand new , quality 2ft 6" single bed with a luxury pocket spring mattress. Fitted single wardrobe. This room has a has a curtain instead of a door leading into the hall. 

Shower room: Sleek, modern, and newly renovated shower room, vanity wash basin, toilet, heater and heated towel radiator

Pets: Sorry, no pets.

Garden/Patio: Small patio area with garden furniture to the front of the property. Wonderful sea views from the patio area (outside Seashells' entrance door) with garden furniture. This leads to a shared grass/garden area which leads directly onto the sandy beach.

Heating: Heating and electricity included.

Short Breaks: Accepted but not in peak weeks.

Parking: The allocated parking space is opposite Seashells loung bay window and has a number 1 at the front of the parking space. It is the second space from the white boundary wall (when facing the beach).

Notes: Mobile phone signal weak, Towels provided. Direct access to beach. Wi-Fi. Hairdryer supplied. Two fans available for summer months also. No smoking in the property

The location is perfect for us, it’s great being able to just walk straight onto the beach from the apartment. Location

Fabulous beachside ground floor apartment on the Strand in Saundersfoot. A few short steps from the door and you are on the beautiful golden sands of Saundersfoot beach. To the left is Coppet Beach with lots of rock pools for crabbing/fishing or take a walk to the right towards the harbour where you can book a boat trip and enjoy the stunning coastal scenery. 

Saundersfoot has a variety of shops, pubs and restaurants for all to enjoy or travel slightly further to Tenby with it's town walls, museum, shops and eateries.

This location is perfect to explore the history of Pembrokeshire or discover the delights of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. Alternatively for the younger members of the family there is Folly Farm, Manor House Wildlife Park, Oakwood and Heatherton all with plenty to entertain and amuse on sunny days or rainy days!
