This property is an ideal base for a holiday which is surrounded by wildlife. Frostenden is a peaceful and quiet village location west of the A12 reached by country lanes and surrounded by open countryside but just five miles from the popular seaside town of Southwold.  There are numerous walks and cycle rides in the area and the wonderful beaches at Kessingland and Pakefield are just a few miles away. There are two pubs and a village shop in both Wangford and Wrentham which are a very accessible from Frostenden. Beccles town is just five miles away and offers excellent exploration to the Norfolk Broads and has some of the most beautiful stretches of river within the Norfolk Broads National Park. Amongst various boating activities, there are also riverside walks, outdoor swimming pool and golf course.
