Not to be forgotten is the unrivalled location of Marine Villa - being just a stone’s throw from Padstow harbour, where you can dine al fresco on the harbour wall with one of the many locally-caught fresh fish and chip options. Or if fine dining is more your style, treat yourself to Rick Stein's The Seafood Restaurant which is next door or Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 - both offering a dining experience not to be missed. Looking for things to do on your stay? Book yourself in to Rick Stein's Cookery school for a lesson on how it should be done! Throughout the year the cookery school runs many different courses to choose from. Take a trip out to sea on a sea life safari and see why the Cornish waters are the best or just head up the coast and visit one of the 7 bay beaches which are all on your doorstep ready for exploring.

Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4:00pm – departure 10:00am
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h; heated towel rails in all bathrooms and en suites, underfloor heating throughout ground floor and in the family bathroom on first floor.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Location

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin.  If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
