Reviews

Good location just a short walk to the harbour (uphill on the way back) and handy to have a parking space and small patio garden.

Mr D,

This is a great little property that is within easy walking distance of the centre of Padstow (uphill on the way back!). A single parking space next to the property and another “free for all” at the front of the old school. The property is dog friendly but make sure you have something to stop your pets going upstairs if you want to leave the bedroom doors open. Would definitely stay there again.

Mr C,

Comfortable cottage in a very good location, close to the town and harbour and with allocated parking. Ideal for pets with enclosed outside area. Generally well maintained.

Mrs P,

The whole experience was lovely. Easy to find and texts very informative and helpful. Clean and restful and perfect location! Even had milk and sugar and coffee available on arrival. Little touches like that make the difference! Thank you

Mrs Elizabeth P,

Location

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin.  If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
