Perfect for relaxing and taking in the sunset after a day of exploring the local beaches or walking the nearby Coastal Path where you could spot Newland Island off the Pentire Head for which this property was named. St Merryn Village is a 10 minute walk along public footpath where you can find everything you need from a local convenience store to a variety of excellent eateries and the bustling town of Padstow only a 10 minute drive.

Location was excellent...The Cornish arms was at the end of the lane...delicious food & beer...The Farmers Arms Inn is a short walk as well...food was ok....the housekeeper Janet when we arrived...very friendly. The house was spotlessly clean...the decor a little dated but didn't mind . Would definitely recommend
