Set amongst a lovely large shared garden Newland is a spacious, pet friendly property offering accommodation over two floors, the bedrooms and bathroom can be found on the ground floor with an open plan lounge and dining area upstairs opening onto a balcony with amazing countryside and sea views. Perfect for relaxing and taking in the sunset after a day of exploring the local beaches or walking the nearby Coastal Path where you could spot Newland Island off the Pentire Head for which this property was named. St Merryn Village is a 10 minute walk along public footpath where you can find everything you need from a local convenience store to a variety of excellent eateries and the bustling town of Padstow only a 10 minute drive.
