Description

Surrounded by farmland, Tregudda is conveniently located just a short walk from St Merryn Village, several glorious beaches and miles of coastal walking are within a few minutes' drive. This ground floor apartment is comfortable and spacious and provides an ideal base for a couple looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle yet within easy reach of shops, pubs and restaurants. Set within a large shared garden offering quite seclusion and a relaxing and tranquil environment or in less than 10 minutes' walk you can soak up the sunshine sitting in the beer garden at 'The Cornish Arms' where you can sample traditional pub food based on Rick Stein's well known recipes.

GROUND FLOOR:
Lounge/Diner: TV, DVD player, countryside views, sofa, 2 arm chairs, bookshelf, dining table and chairs.
Kitchen: Electric oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, washing machine.
Bedroom 1: King-size bed (5'), wardrobe, dressing table, chair, bedside tables.
Shower Room: Large walk in thermostatic shower, bidet, basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Ample parking at property; large garden area shared with the other properties at Higher Treveglos, garden furniture on patio.

Changeover Day: Friday - arrival 4:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 2 dogs; £30 per pet per week.
Power and Heat: Gas and electricity included in rent, gas fired c.h. gas fire in lounge area.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels).
Baby Equipment: Not provided but may be hired
Shop: 0.6 mls Pub: 0.3 mls

We had a lovely holiday at Tregudda, the location is perfect , quiet but a short walk away from St Merryn and it’s facilities . The accommodation was comfortable and spacious , it was lovely to have a terrace of our own as well as being able to use the rest of the landscaped grounds. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed . Both Janet and the owner were very friendly and welcoming . Would happily stay there again.
