Reviews

Very quiet location close to Padstow. Property clean and convenient. Would recommend a stay here.

Mr K,

The cottage was perfect, and having a gate right by the door with permission to let our dog run in the field was amazing! We had a lovely stay in the cottage and would definitely recommend it. Thank you very much.

Mr G,

Very good for 2 adults with 2 small children. Would not recommend for 4 adults. Road noise would probably be an issue in the summer but was fine in December.

Mrs B,

A little gem of a holiday property that felt like home from home. Very welcoming property and easy rental process. We honestly cannot recommend this property any higher. We have made our booking again for 2024.

Mr R,

Lovely little cottage in very nice location and not far from Padstow. Very comfortable and well equipped. Dog friendly and safe gated yard. Had a great week just wish the weather could of been a bit better but we tried to not let this spoil things. Definitely would recommend this little cottage and its location. On arrival we had a little welcome pack tea, sugar, milk and pack of Cornish biscuits. Thank you

Mrs Frost B,

In the evenings, after a day at the beach, the wood burner provided heat for the entire property. The children loved their twin beds and for a winter break this location was perfect. We could be in the car park for Padstow in three minutes.

Mr H,

Very happy with it . Good location to visit places from Good facilities, lovely welcome with a cream tea ,appreciated after a long drive. Would use it again Only draw back road a little noisy But very good and relaxing Thanks for a nice stay

Location

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin.  If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
