Reviews

Harbour Cottage is an excellent place to stay for your family holiday, including your dog. Everything is maintained to a very high standard and it is very welcoming the minute you open the front door. Its location is in the centre of the charming town of Padstow and a variety of spectacular walks are close at hand. The cottage is very well equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. There is also ample parking space for two cars, which is always a bonus.

Mrs C,

Harbour Cottage is located in a prime area and parking for two cars outside the property.

Mr T,

We love Padstow as a family the location and the activities around the area are perfect. Also perfect for our dog and dog loving families.

Mrs M,

Harbour Cottage was very comfortable - a home from home. It was minutes walk from Padstow although with the bonus of two parking spaces, with brilliant pubs, places to eat, places to walk and amazing views. The view from the front bedroom window was a most welcome surprise.

Mrs L,

Location

Padstow is arguably now one of the best-known of Cornwall's holiday destinations - a working harbour still retaining the character of the fishing industry while also managing to reinvent itself as a modern holiday destination. Padstow has so much to offer the discerning holiday maker, with several beaches along the Camel Estuary, where you can also have a go at a range of water sports such as sailing and windsurfing, as well as a variety of boat trips such as fishing excursions, speedboat rides, sea-life safaris and the ever popular Jubilee Queen. You can indulge your passion for food at an excellent selection of restaurants in the town, which is now the base for a number of celebrity chefs including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth.  If you're looking for more active pursuits, you can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin.  If walking is more your thing, there are many walking trails and routes waiting to be discovered, and if you're bringing a dog, there are plenty of dog-friendly places to explore. Gaining popularity in recent years is the Padstow Christmas Festival, now spread over four days, with cookery demonstrations, food and craft market, and entertainment.
