Reviews

Well equipped but no double bed

Mr G,

Excellent base for mid Cornwall for either 1 or 2 persons ,nice and peaceful with good walks around the area. Cottage is very clean and comfortable with safe off road parking.

Mr C,

Homely bungalow cottage. Superb garden n little patio area. Excellent for dog too. Within walking distance of beaches. Very clean comfortable home from home place.

Mrs F,

Comfortable, quiet and cosy surrounded by lovely walks and close to beautiful beaches.

Mrs C,

The bungalow is very well situated. A short walk from the village stores and less than a mile to walk to the beach. You can also do other walks direct from the property. It has a good sized garden which is secure for dogs. Inside the bungalow is as described. It is perfectly adequate for 2 people. It is rather dated but everything works. Perfect for grandparents who maybe want an escape from the rest of the family!

Mr B,

We absolutely loved this property. It was well equipped and comfortable. We booked this property last year and within the year my dogs health has seriously declined, the property is fully carpeted which helped his mobility and the garden was just beautiful, he loved sitting out there and wandering around. The lady that owns the property lives on site and was so helpful without being ‘too present’ she always asked us how the dog was and had some lovely stories about Constantine when we spoke with her! Absolutely beautiful property. The location is a short walk down to the beach and an even shorter walk to the golf club which you can grab an amazing sunset viewing! Very close to the shop and it’s on a really quiet estate. I would be extremely comfortable to visit on my own as a single female, it felt very safe.

Past Customer,

Lovely host and lovely property in an amazing location.

Mr Steven B,

The cottage was cosy and comfortable and the owner ( and her dog ) were a delight...very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Would definitely recommend.

Mrs M,

Had a wonderful break in this lovely well equipped bungalow. Thank you Pat for your lovely warm welcome. I'm sure we'll be back!

Mr Simon R,

We have been here so many times and it is always so beautiful to be here! Pat you are so kind and helpful.

Location

If you're looking for a traditional family beach holiday, Constantine Bay is hard to beat. With a wide, sweeping stretch of golden sand, it is one of those places that families return to year after year (and often generation after generation). A versatile area, Constantine Bay has something that will appeal to almost everyone, whether you're looking for an active holiday including surfing and other water-sports, a social gathering at the Trevose Golf Club, or a family- and dog-friendly holiday where you can spend all day on the beach, or walk for miles along the winding cliff paths found along this stretch of coastline. The beach allows dogs all year round, meaning that you don't have to leave your best friend at home when you holiday here. And, of course, the kids will love exploring the tidal rock pools and wide expanse of sand that has long made this beach one of the best-loved along this stretch of the beautiful North Cornish coast. A popular holiday destination for those 'in the know', the Bay attracts many groups of families and friends who often holiday together, turning the area into a little community within a community in the busy summer months.
