Description

This fantastic, well-presented and spacious modern house, built and equipped to a high standard, is situated in a quiet spot immediately next to the championship golf course at Trevose and approached off the lane leading to the beach at Constantine Bay.  An adjacent footpath leads down to the beach which is less than 10 minutes' walk.  The reception rooms are situated upstairs to take advantage of the magnificent views across the golf course to Trevose Head and the sea.  Constantine Bay - a glorious wide sandy beach backed by sand dunes and bounded by a rocky promontory at both ends - has appealed to generations down the years; parents can't wait to be able to introduce their children to the same wonders of a traditional Constantine Bay holiday they enjoyed when they were children.

Pets Welcome: £70 per pet per week
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; open fire in lounge, electric panel convector heaters throughout, underfloor heating in kitchen, downstairs bathrooms/shower room and first floor shower room, electric heated towel rails in bath/shower rooms.

This house is very special. It has a wonderful location, lots of space and great views from the sitting room. We didn’t use the balcony as it was too cold but I imagine in the summer it would be amazing. Our kids loved the table tennis room.

Absolutely superb location with stunning views over the golf course towards Constantine Bay. Nice garden for dogs to use (not enclosed though) and plenty of outside furniture available on the 2 balconies of the property. Was a good base for a large family holiday (9 adults, 2 toddlers and 3 dogs), within easy reach of all the local facilities / tourist attractions. Plenty of room within the property for us all.

Trefebus is a great property for a family holiday, so close to the beach, plenty of bedrooms and the sunset from the living room/balcony is just the best ever. We've been a couple of times now and you just can't beat it :-)

Location

If you're looking for a traditional family beach holiday, Constantine Bay is hard to beat. With a wide, sweeping stretch of golden sand, it is one of those places that families return to year after year (and often generation after generation). A versatile area, Constantine Bay has something that will appeal to almost everyone, whether you're looking for an active holiday including surfing and other water-sports, a social gathering at the Trevose Golf Club, or a family- and dog-friendly holiday where you can spend all day on the beach, or walk for miles along the winding cliff paths found along this stretch of coastline. The beach allows dogs all year round, meaning that you don't have to leave your best friend at home when you holiday here. And, of course, the kids will love exploring the tidal rock pools and wide expanse of sand that has long made this beach one of the best-loved along this stretch of the beautiful North Cornish coast. A popular holiday destination for those 'in the know', the Bay attracts many groups of families and friends who often holiday together, turning the area into a little community within a community in the busy summer months.
