Reviews

Directions were first class. Property had everything we needed and was very comfortable.and views of sea were lovely.

Mrs Jean W,

Location of the property was excellent, easy walking distance to the beaches but also in a quiet spot. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with teenagers, a slightly bigger sofa would have been a bonus!

Mrs Denise C,

Property was good. My daughter stayed in house next door (with Raintree) which was better furnished, had dishwasher, better garden and was much cheaper. Would suggest your price is a bit high

Mrs Jean W,

Another great holiday.

Mr Steve A,

A beautiful holiday with a beautiful view of the sea. Playing, and pasties and cliffside walks were amazing! The Maritime Museum is fun and interesting. The best holiday so far!

Mr Joe L,

We know this cottage well. We return to see the birds and wildflowers and enjoy the cliff top walks and the golf at Trevose. Thank you for a lovely home from home cottage in a beautiful part of Cornwall. I continue to learn more about the Cornish history and people.

Past Customer,

We love it so much here. The weather has been gorgeous! Wonderful to look out the kitchen window and see amazing views each morning. And Treyarnon & Harlyn never fail to lift your spirits! Can't wait to return.

Mr Stephen H,

Three great holidays at Porghelly.

Mr Stephen H,

Location

Harlyn Bay has plenty on offer for all its visitors, whether you want a traditional family beach holiday, a more active break including surfing and walking, or just a relaxing break. The beach is dog-friendly, which means that canine visitors can holiday with their families, and the cliffs either side are excellent for walkies! The beach is considered one of the most family friendly beaches in the area, with plenty of space for building sandcastles and paddling. If the kids (and those who are still young at heart!) want to try learning to surf, there are several local companies who offer lessons, and the whole family can give it a try. Nearby is The Pig restaurant, which offers great food and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a small local shop in Harlyn Bay, and more shops, pubs and a good choice of restaurants in nearby St Merryn. The Bay is also within a short drive of Padstow, which also has a good selection of pubs and restaurants, and of course the Camel Trail, where you can hire bikes and cycle to Wadebridge, and on to Bodmin if you're up for it.
