PARKING: No allocated parking. The nearest car park is Barnoon Car Park situated acrss the road from the property.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Tarmac road. It is possible to load and unload outside the front door of the property on the kerbside. Do not leave your vehicle unattended. Alternatively you can park up in Barnoon Car Park, situated just across the road from the proeprty and un-load from here.

PROPERTY ACCESS: Gate, threshold and small step to enter the property.

Ocean Breezes is a spacious and bright 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with sea views. Situated above Porthmeor Beach and the Tate Gallery, a short walk from the beach, harbour and town. This accommodation is furnished in a contemporary style to a very high standard.

Open plan Lounge/Diner with TV, CD player. Kitchen area with electric cooker and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Master Bedroom with 5ft bed with radio and iPod dock, ensuite shower room with power shower, wash basin, wc and heated towel rail. Door to outside decked area with patio furniture. Second Bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, TV and fitted wardrobe with roof window (with opener). Bathroom: spacious with Villeroy and Bosch fittings. Power shower above bath and heated towel rail. Enclosed small front terrace area benefiting from evening sun.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.  
Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided, please bring own cot linen.

Fantastic location - a short walk (downhill) from the main surfing beach, the town and all other beaches. Ideal for 2 couples, especially with the bathroom and en suite. All towels are provided and there is a bookcase with some games and books too.

Overall we were very happy with the accommodation except on the last two days the weather turned windy and the skylight in the bedroom wouldn’t shut completely so lots of debris blew in onto the bed which wasn’t pleasant to have to sleep in there

We had a great stay and the property was in a perfect location for parking and access to the town and beaches. Fair price at this time of year. It was five stars in many ways. Slightly lower scores because we never heard back about cot dimensions and the spare room was a bit of a squeeze. Baby high chair wasn’t very clean and there was dirt on the spare bed from the skylight when we arrived.

We had no heating for the first day of our holiday when the plumber arrived to find out why he found that the heating had been turned off at the boiler, not sure why as it was 4 degrees outside and very cold in the apartment. The boiler was behind a screwed in cover so we could not access it and had to wait until the following day nearly 20 hours after the arrival at the property. The toaster kept on tripping the electricity, not sure why?
