Reviews

Great cottage in a very picturesque location, the cottage was immaculate and had high quality equipment and furnishings. A few minutes walk to the shops and pubs in lynmouth and the cliff railway or a 10 minute walk up the hill to Lynton. Parking was limited on our arrival “Saturday” but was a small car park at the end of the road if you cant park but would advise to unload the car before driving to end as it’s a bit of a walk with your bags back to the cottage. Would recommend staying here !!

Mr C,

We had a lovely family stay at Marsden cottages. Location was perfect walking distance to the heart of Lynmouth, nearby walking trails, pubs and coastline. The property was very cosy, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

The most beautiful house in the most beautiful place. All fixtures and fittings of the highest quality and beautifully clean and welcoming. Our second time at number 17 and I’m sure we’ll be back!
