The entrance hall from the patio takes you through to a spacious open plan apartment with a well equipped kitchen comprising of an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The lounge/dining area with views over the bay has a 5ft sofa bed, TV and DVD player. The main bedroom with access to the patio has a 5ft bed and the family bathroom has a shower over the bath, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC. Laundry room on site.

Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Shop: 0.1 ml. Pub: 0.2 ml.

NOTES: No smoking. There is a laundry room available on site. (additional charge for guests). WiFi provided. Mobile phone reception varies. On-site parking for 1 car in secure communal garage. Space No. 48 (approx 15ft L x 6ft 8in W) - access to car doors can be difficult.

ARRIVAL MUST BE BEFORE 10PM AS AT THIS TIME THE COMMUNAL GATES ARE LOCKED AND ACCESS TO THE KEY SAFE WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.

This was a lovely property close to the beach. It had lovely views and was so comfortable in every way. Ability to wash wet suits and boards in the communal wash area for ease. Lots of outside space to enjoy meals. Perfect location to the beach. Quiet, no noise to disturb resting time.
