Description
This fabulous contemporary-styled house is located only 150 meters from the beach and minutes from the center of Seahouses. The deceptively spacious open-plan ground floor is bright and airy with coastal-inspired decor. French doors lead out to a decked garden to reveal what is almost certainly on everyone's wish list - a hot tub. The comfortable sofas in the lounge area are carefully positioned around the log-burning stove and the huge wall-mounted flat-screen TV. At the other end of the room is a large dining table perfect for enjoying a family meal, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen with a central island. The rear garden of this holiday retreat is an excellent place to relax and unwind. The high fence around the perimeter of the garden makes it private. The hot tub benefits from a canopy providing shade in the summer or shelter if the weather is slightly inclement. There is a communal toddler playground to the front of the house.
Ground floor - Open plan lounge with log burning stove, TV with Netflix, Freeview, Wi-Fi and dining area. The room extends round to the kitchen with island breakfast bar. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Sitting room ideal for children, with sofa bed, TV and DVD player. Cloakroom with WC and hand basin.
