Description

Cleeve is a detached home on the outskirts of Barnstaple giving guests good access to the stunning North Devon coastline and beautiful Exmoor National Park. The first floor of this dormer bungalow has two bedrooms and a shower room with a further bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The lounge looks out onto the garden and a fully equipped kitchen leads to a spacious dining room with a piano, and patio doors. A utility area has a washing machine and dryer while there is a dartboard and other games in the attached garage which is also handy for securely storing surfboards and bikes.

There is a big lawn, at the rear of the bungalow with garden furniture and a barbecue for outside dining on the decking area.

The nearby market town of Barnstaple is within walking distance and provides an array of different eateries. The pannier market hosts local food producers and a variety of different stalls on separate days. A short drive takes you to the local beaches of Saunton, Croyde and Woolacombe which are renowned for their golden sands and surf.
