Guests are welcome to roam the farmlands observing activities including lambing, haymaking, calf rearing etc. Dogs, cats, ducks and chickens also reside on the farm.   It is an ideal location for those wishing to explore the splendour of Exmoor by footpath, horseback or car, with Combe Martin and Lynton and Lynmouth a short drive and the superb sandy surfing beach at Woolacombe less than 30 minutes drive.
