It has three large bedrooms and a good-sized family bathroom. The Regency manor house offers a fun-packed base from which to explore North Devon. It has been stylishly converted into four apartments and two cottages. They are all managed by the owner, whose family has owned the property since it was built. The atmosphere is relaxed and unpretentious with a wide range of leisure facilities on site including a full-sized snooker table and a 45 ft heated indoor swimming pool.

Nearby Barnstaple is the commercial and agricultural centre of North Devon. It is a charming place that comfortably blends a handsome past with an energetic, present-day buzz. It has a mix of cutting-edge retail outlets, long-established family owned stores and little boutiques. The pannier market hosts local food producers interspersed with dozens of cafes.
