Meadow View is a semi-detached property in the heart of the peaceful village of Middleton. The woodburner is great for cosy nights in the winter. The conservatory leads to the south-facing garden which has a charcoal barbecue and also a summerhouse for where children can enjoy the box of toys. Shop: 200 yards Pub: 200 yards.

GROUND FLOOR
Sitting Room: TV, woodburner (owners would recommend using environmentally friendly wood burner logs where possible as it is kinder to the planet), table and chairs.
Kitchen: Electric oven and hob, fan heater at bottom of oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher.
Conservatory: furnished 
Bathroom: Bath with overbath shower, washbasin and wc.

FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: Double bed.
Bedroom 2: Double bed (4ft).
Bedroom 3: Twin beds (please be aware the beds are at a low level).
Cloakroom: Washbasin and wc.

Garden: South-facing rear garden with lawn and charcoal barbecue. Summerhouse with futon and box of games and toys for children.
Parking: Private for three cars.
Heating: Storage heaters on ground floor and electric wall-mounted panel heaters on first floor.
Notes: Wi-Fi, towels and a starter pack for the wooburner all provided. Travel cot and highchair available to use. An ice box and washing machine are available to use in the lobby (please note two of the drawers of freezer are used by the owner). Middleton is a beautiful village with a medieval church, lovely village green, a popular traditional thatched pub, farm shop and rich local life.  Picturesque and secluded, it is one of Suffolk's best kept secrets.  A wonderful location for exploring coastal Suffolk, with Aldeburgh, Southwold and Dunwich close by and Minsmere Nature Reserve on its doorstep, it is also ideal for country walks, cycling and exploring historical sites.
