Reviews

This property was an absolute dream to stay in. The location was stunning and we had everything we needed. The welcome basket was a really nice touch. We will definitely be returning.

Mrs B,

Oh my goodness how difficult it is to leave this enchanting corner of the UK. The view from the ‘Mariners’ front window is spectacular, camellias in full bloom, daffodils on the stone wall, the rapidly rushing river, the vertical wall of green, plus the stone wall we saw being built what a treat! The Mariners offered us the perfect environment for soaking up the English culture. We have greatly appreciated the cleanliness, the coziness, and the thoughtful attention to every detail. Many, Many Thanks !! Roland (Ron) & Doyle

Mr Roland W,

A great location in Lynmouth. The property is amazingly well equipped and we had a lovely welcome basket and milk in the fridge, etc. Everything was beautifully presented and the rooms were all delightful. We never quite mastered the heating system but doubtless that was down to us. Our local point of contact, Elaine, was great and answered our queries so quickly. Definitely would like to return if we have the opportunity - have stayed in other properties in Lynmouth but this is our new first choice.

Mr G,

An excellent, well appointed property, in a superb location

Mr S,

Our second visit to this beautiful and spacious house, really well equipped and extremely comfortable, with lots of attention to detail. Fabulous walks from the door - woodland, riverside and coastal - all from the gorgeous and quaint village of Lynmouth. We will definitely book this property again.

Mrs M,

We were very impressed with the cottage, it was an ideal place and setting for my family get together. The departure time was very early and with young children I can imagine departing on time could be a struggle, but we managed to get out by 9am.

Mrs Christine H,

Beautiful property which was spotlessly clean and perfect location. Lots of attention to detail in the property and very well equipped. The owners made our Christmas week very special providing table dressing and Christmas tree etc . They also provided lots of goodies in the house and it was warm and inviting.

Mrs Jean W,

Perfect position for a holiday cottage - views and terrace are great. Comfortable accommodation that was spotlessly clean. Would certainly stay again.
