Located on Back Road West in the popular Downalong area of the town this charming, well equipped ground floor apartment is in a great position to enjoy everything the town has to offer at any time of the year.

From Back Road West you enter the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has an electric log effect fire, TV, DVD player and a double sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice box, microwave and washing machine. In the bedroom is a 5ft kingsize bed and heated towel rail and in the en-suite shower room there is a shower, wc and wash basin.

Pets: 2 dogs welcome - £25.00 per dog per week. Information about bringing your dog.

Power and Heat: Electricity included in the rent. Electric wall heaters
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Pleased to have internet this year, however we did have to relocate the box as where it was placed on the table by the settee we found that we were unable to access the internet. We had to it put on the window ledge to enable connection. We were only able to get Channel 5 on the television, fortunately, once we had access to the internet all channels were available via the various streaming sites. We had a lovely time in St Ives and thought that on the whole the property was fantastic, Very clean and suitable to our needs, and also very close to everything. Thank You

Drain to the sink and shower blocked and I managed to unblock shower drain which was blocked with hairs and black gunk!

Loved everything about the property apart from the lack of an outside dustbin - just not practical to haveca collection from the porch at the end of the stay , we had to find council bins during our holiday to dispose of rubbish to ensure we avoided smells in the porch
