The dining area is home to a large dining table and chairs where the whole party can come together and enjoy an evening meal. The large bifold doors open up revealing the large garden to the rear of the property. With outside seating available why not enjoy some al fresco dining during the summer months whilst the younger members of the family have ample space to play on the lawn.

Reydon is the neighbouring village to the seaside town of Southwold – the two are divided by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of the past used to tie up. Reydon is a charming village which has expanded over the years and has become very popular with holidaymakers and second home-owners due to its proximity to Southwold. There is a foothpath leading from the Lowestoft Road directly to the seafront which only takes ten minutes to walk. Reydon has the added advantage of two village shops, a health centre (recently re-located from Southwold), a village hall and The Randolph Hotel which is popular with the village locals. Reydon offers lots of great walks, cycle routes and in spring time Reydon Woods Nature Reserve is a must-see with its gorgeous spread of bluebells. The village also offers good links to the village of Blythburgh and Kessingland.
