This spacious and grand 1 bedroom apartment on the ground floor offers all the comforts of home. With views of Looe Bay and your own patio with table and chairs, it is the perfect place to relax.

Bedroom: Super kingsize bed (6' - may be unlinked to form 3' twin beds),  wall mounted TV.
Bathroom: Bath (thermostatic shower over), basin, w.c.

GARDEN & PARKING: Parking for 2 cars in allocated spaces. Small communal lawn to front.


Pets Welcome: Maximum 2; £25 for 1 pet per week, additional £10 for a second pet, totalling £35 per week (Please call if bringing more than 1 pet).
Power and Heat: Gas & electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h throughout.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels); Please order unlinked beds in advance.
Baby Equipment: Travel cot available; please order in advance.
Shop: 0.5 ml Pub: 0.1 ml

NOTES: No smoking. WiFi provided. Mobile reception varies. Please note  there are a total of 29 steps and gently sloping tarmac path up to the house so not recommended for those with mobility restrictions.

The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. However, it is quite a climb to access and furthermore faces east which means by lunchtime there is no sun on the balcony area. The evenings were too cold to sit out on the balcony, in spite of it being quite a warm week weatherwise.
