Note:  you will need to pay an additional pet fee and you must not leave dogs unattended in the property.

Parking:  No parking at the property.  Complimentary parking permit for 1 car at Beer Main Car park.  The car park is a 7 minute walk from the property on level pavement.

Restrictions:  Smoking is not permitted within the cottage. A £150 refundable security deposit is taken against damage/breakages.  Changeover day is a Friday.
