The Swallows is a luxurious house tucked away in the quiet mews development of Tibby's Triangle in the beautiful seaside town of Southwold, less than a minutes walk away from the high street yet remains peaceful for quiet coffee breaks in the garden.

The area: 

All of the amenities of Southwold are on your doorstep at The Swallows. There is a lovely selection of independent shops and boutiques as well as great restaurants, cafes and pubs serving locally brewed Adnams beers. The sandy beach, lighthouse and pier are all a short walk away and there are plenty of sporting activities to get involved in such as cycling, surfing, sailing, fishing, tennis and golf. 

Notes: 

Parking for one car only - inside the Garage. There is also a small drop off area in front of the garage but cars cannot be parked here during your stay. 

All towels and bed linen are provided. 

The house has gas central heating 

Two medium sized, well behaved dogs are welcome but please keep them on the ground floor and off the furniture.

Swallows was perfectly located for a weekend in Southwold. The property is well decorated and the furniture/bedding was of very good quality - plenty of room for a party of 8 adults. We loved that the main living space was open and roomy. We would definitely like to book the house again - particularly as we visit the area on a regular basis. The only downside was limited parking but as we don't travel via car once we arrive as we find plenty to do within walking distance - this was not an issue for us.
