Reviews

A great cottage in an excellent location. There was only one car space but the other two spaces we needed were easily found within 5 mins walk, with no parking restrictions. All 10 of us really enjoyed the holiday.

Mr W,

Great cottage in a great location.

Mrs J,

Perfect location, loved the annex, ideal for our extended family. Parking could have been an issue but we could find space for the second car on the common car park at no cost.

Mr D,

This cottage is in a fantastic location for everything Southwold. Parking for one car at the rear of the property (no black gate, as mentioned in the directions) very warm with extra electric heaters supplied. A bit of a Tardis on the inside so very spacious. Stairs to attic room are very narrow and steep which is worth noting. Excellent shower and hot water system. Bath on mid floor and second shower to service those rooms. Plenty of hanging space

Mrs W,

Property in a great location with parking (for one car only). The downstairs extension was great but the rest of the property is ready for refurbishment.

Mrs Joanne B,

Crockery in kitchen dirty, dog hair all over sofa bed, mildew on curtains, attic twin bed had no door so was no in reality a seperate bedroom.

Ms Kate B,

Overall very good indeed and had a lovely time. Two things to mention. The central heating has a fault (F9) and goes off 3 or 4 times a day so you have to keep resetting it which can be a pain. Secondly the arrival instructions refer to a ‘black gate’ but there isn’t a black gate! Overall though I’d score our stay a 9/10.

Mr David S,
