Description

Hillside Farm Barns are a group of four thoughtfully converted properties situated around a central courtyard. The owners have taken pride in their conversion and have furnished to a high standard. The properties offer light, spacious accommodation and have the added benefit of being single storey with level access so would be ideal for those less able. Wangford offers two village pubs, a garage and good general store. Wangford Farm Shop is situated next to the properties and offers fresh daily produce. Shop: 0.02 miles Pub: 0.5 miles.

Wangford is only three miles from the beaches and from Southwold town centre, yet within easy access of the A12 and the many other attractions of the Heritage Coast. There is a good village shop, a farm shop and the popular Angel Inn, with restaurant serving good local food, much recommended by past guests.

A great property in a great location. The property was clean, warm and well appointed. It had everything we needed and a very comfy bed!. The location is great close to Southwold and also to the A12 for visiting places futher afield.

Stayed in the Cartshed once again. Our ideal place to stay. Quiet, and comfortable. Close to the sea and with a bus stopping outside, to take you to Southwold or as far as Norwich.

We entered the Cartshed, the lovely smell, the warmth we were very pleased with it. We could not fault it at all. Bed very comfortable, important to us, home from home. Farm shop next door, local shop and pub in walking distance. Bus stop outside, going into Southwold or the other way into Norwich. Check times for bus as they finish early. We will be going back again soon.
