Description

A spacious detached bungalow, with large private gardens, a huge decking area running the length of the property, and panoramic river views.

The entrance hallway leads into the light and sunny central room of the house, with a comfy sofa area with TV/DVD, and a sleek, white, hand-built kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher, with the washing machine and dryer housed separately in a room behind the bathroom. From the kitchen area, doors lead into the large conservatory-style living room with a long oak dining table, beige sofas, and French doors opening onto the spectacular decking area with amazing river views.

From the other side of the kitchen there are several doors leading to two double bedrooms (each with en suite shower room, and one with lovely views), a twin bedroom, and a family bathroom with bath. The fourth and largest bedroom has separate access from outside. It enjoys beautiful views, has two pairs of bunk beds to sleep four, a small sofa and TV area, and en-suite bathroom with bath.

A large decked terrace runs the length of the house and includes seating, barbecue and a large mature garden with palm trees rolling down towards the river.

Please note Lithuanica is on a slope and there are steps from the driveway to the decking area and entrance to the property. The property is therefore not suitable for persons who need level accommodation or who find it difficult to go up and down steps.

This property offers a small group discount of £100 on full weekly bookings for parties of 6 or fewer at certain times of the year (i.e. not school holidays). This means that the bunk bedroom will be unavailable. This discount is automatically applied and the holiday price you are quoted reflects this. If you have any questions please call our friendly team on 01841 533331 or email cottages@cornishhorizons.co.uk for more information.

Reviews

There was a lack of mugs and bowls which meant that you would struggle if there were 10 people there. Also the hob took a long time to cook - I don't know if this was because the pans weren't induction? But the oven and microwave were fab. We also could have done with children's plastic bowls. Only minor inconveniences, and overall the holiday and house were absolutely fantastic. Stunning views, beautiful walks on the doorstep and a lovely place to relax.
