The farm itself extends to 120 acres and includes 20 acres of woodland, a picnic area, delightful country views, a dog walking area and has the benefit of an on site Clay Pigeon Shoot, which welcomes both beginners and experienced shots. A games room is provided for the use of cottage guests complete with a pool table, table football, a selection of books and DVD's and free internet Wi-Fi connection. All the cottages have eco friendly design features and are participants in the Green Tourism Award scheme. The impressive light and bright open plan living room with high vaulted oak beamed ceiling, comfy leather sofas and country cream kitchen has a contemporary feel and two steps lead down to the attractive bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. A wooden staircase rises up to the galleried landing and a spacious master bedroom with countryside views from the deep silled window has its own modern en suite shower room. The front patio area provides space to relax and enjoy this wonderful woodland area. For a unique day out why not try the South West Shooting School located onsite, ideal for beginners or seasoned enthusiasts. Maybe you prefer the thrills of quad biking, 4 x 4 jeep drives or horse riding, whichever you choose is just around the corner.  Hazel Cottage is an ideal choice for couples or small families looking for a location that offers the best of both worlds and is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area of North Devon.

Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer. Bedroom 1 with Twin with satellite TV/DVD, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment over bath, WC and basin. First floor: Bedroom 2 with double with ensuite shower room with WC and basin.


Facilities and Services: Linen and towels. Under floor heating generated by a Ground Source Heat Pump. Wi-Fi Broadband.  No smoking. 1 pet welcome. No cot is provided please bring your own travel cot. Private water supply, tested regularly. Patio furniture. Gas BBQ (Gas provided). Emergency phone is available in communal games room with full size pool table, and table football. Storage room for cycles, surfboards etc. Parking for 2 cars. Short breaks available.  Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
