Overview

Riviera is a fantastic town house based in a exclusive gated development just a short walk from Torquay's cosmopolitan waterfront. This is a very light and and bright 3 storey property which includes large ground floor kitchen and dining room that opens out to a private furnished terrace from which guests can enjoy the fabulous view over the harbour. The superb views can also be savoured from the first floor sitting room and balcony as well as from the master bedroom on the second floor. Its perfect for family and friends to enjoy time together.

This town house has a contemporary and fresh design and provides great family accommodation with local amenities on the doorstep and Torquay town centre a short walk away.

Hallway

On the ground floor is the hallway that leads to the rest of the town house. In the hallway there is cloakroom with WC and hand basin.

Kitchen/Dining Room

The kitchen and dining room are located on the ground floor, this large open space houses an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. In the dining side of this large open plan room there is a dining table and chairs that seats up to 6 people, a sofa, armchair and a TV. To one side there are doors that lead out onto the private terrace with lovely harbour and Torquay beach views.

Living Space

The living space is located on the first floor, this room includes comfy sofa and 2 armchairs, TV, Gas (real flame) fire and this room leads onto the balcony with beautiful views of Torquay harbour and the coast.

Bedrooms

There are a total of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is located on the second floor and this houses bunk beds (full size) and a TV.

Bedroom 1 is on the second floor with a double bed, TV, Hairdryer and an ensuite with  a shower, WC and hand basin. Here you can enjoy beautiful harbour views.

Bedroom 2 is also on the second floor with twin beds and its own ensuite. Within the ensuite there is a shower, wc and handbasin.

Bathrooms

This town house comes with 3 bathrooms, the first bathroom is on the first floor with a bath and hand held shower head, wc and handbasin.

The 2 other bathrooms can be found on the second floor and are 2 ensuites for the additional 2 bedrooms.

Outside Space

Riviera comes with two areas of outside space, the first is a private terrace located off the kitchen and dining room then second is a balcony leading from the living room. Both areas come with spectacular harbour views.

Parking

Riviera comes with a private single garage and one additional allocated parking space.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
