Description

Tweed Hideaway is one of three fabulous open plan luxury chalets, located on an organic farm in the Scottish Borders, just a few miles from the market town of Kelso. They were designed with the Hygge, cosy and simple living concept in mind. It is tranquil and quiet, and boasts wonderful views over the Eden and Tweed Valleys to the Cheviot Hills. In the summer months, enjoy the thousands of organic sunflowers that adorn the land, attracting an array of birds.

After a country walk, starting on the doorstep, relax and unwind in the wood fired hot tub, while taking in the incredible panoramic countryside views. Even when the weather isn’t forgiving, you can still enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the sofa, with huge glass doors that open out onto decking. Tennis is also available on the nearby farm, and there is a fantastic country walk following the River Eden from the doorstep. Shop: 4 miles Pub: 4 miles.

Tweed Hideaway can be booked alongside Eden Hideaway (GD1861) and Orchard Hideaway (GD1862) to accommodate up to 12 guests, please get in touch for more details.

Open Plan Living Area with comfortable corner sofa, wood burning stove and TV. Dining table and seating for up to 4 guests.

Kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.

Bedroom 1 with king size bed, and glass doors opening onto the decking.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds and glass doors opening onto the decking.

Bathroom with large walk in shower, WC and washbasin

Garden: A meadow style garden with 2 swing seats. Decking with seating. Wood fired hot tub, external shower and storage shed. Shared tennis court.

Parking: Off road parking

Heating: Electric under floor heating.
