The apartments in Clifton Court are arranged on four levels, access is on level three and all are approached by a variable number of steps depending on the location (detailed information is available on request). The spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has a large picture window and patio doors leading out onto a balcony with outside furniture, plenty of comfy seats and a well-placed dining table to enjoy the views. Both of the bedrooms are well furnished – the double has an en-suite shower room – and there is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Outside, a lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves, in addition to, beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out their boards and wetsuits. Putsborough village is a sleepy village with pretty thatched cottages and a stream and many consider its main charm to be the lack of commercial development
