Description
Clifton Court is a group of apartments situated between Croyde and Woolacombe with stunning sea views and shared use of a heated indoor swimming pool. The apartments are arranged over 4 levels with entry from the carpark onto level three. There are then a variable number of steps to each floor and apartment. Apartment 28 is accessed on level four and once you are in the apartment everything is on one level. A large ceramic tiled secure lobby area provides storage for surfboards, bikes and pushchairs. The apartment has four bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with plenty of comfy seats, a round table with seating for eight people in the dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. Patio doors open out onto a lovely balcony with stunning sea views. There is also a separate shower room and a utility area with space for washing and hanging out wetsuits after a day in the sea.
There are 2 designated parking spaces with additional guest parking available on a first come first served basis. A lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves, in addition to, beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out their boards and wetsuits.
