Reviews

Was our second visit to Friday Place we love it! perfect property to meet our needs with 2 small dogs it has the perfect enclosed garden so you can let them roam without having to keep checking on them. We have stayed in the colder months and also when we had a mini heatwave this week and when it’s cold outside it’s lovely and cosy inside and when it’s baking hot outside it’s lovely and cool inside couldn’t ask for more I’m sure we will be returning

Mr F,

Generally good cottage but a couple of irritations. Car parking was very tight, even for a small sports car. Had we travelled in our 4x4 there would have been problems with next door. The oven and hob caused a lot of unnecessary stress. The hob rings kept turning themselves down when trying to boil a saucepan. The oven was operating well under temperature even though the stat was ‘working’. The fan setting was the worst with the bottom of the oven significantly lower than the top; fan ovens are supposed even heat throughout.

Mrs Gillian B,

Property was as described, very clean and well equipped. The garden furniture was functional, however a little uncomfortable for a long period of time, and as the weather was beautiful, some more comfortable seats would have been nice.

Mr Paul A,

We always overpack the car with items we might need! Fridays place was so well equipped that we didn’t need any of the extras. Spotless throughout. The garden was perfect for our two dogs. A very relaxing place to stay.

Mr D,

We had such a great time property was perfect had everything you would need to make it home from home, the attention to detail was perfect will definitely be revisiting in the future

Mr F,

We really enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and well equipped cottage in an ideal location, We enjoyed the local walks as well as Dunwich, Walberswick and Minsmere.

Past Customer,

A wonderful week weather wise and such beautiful country and seaside. The cottage was delightful and comfortable and clean. Lovely big garden for the dogs. Visited all the recommended places and had a great meal at Westleton Crown and The Bell Inn. Thank you for the cake and treats on arrival.

Past Customer,

A mixed bag of weather, 4 unexpected glorious sunny, hot days! A couple of wet days, no problem with the local surroundings as plenty to do. We enjoyed the Cottage and its surroundings, thank you for everything.

Past Customer,

Hard frosts and bright blue skies added to the attraction and cosiness of the cottage; lots of dog-walking on the local footpaths. We had a great time!

Past Customer,

A very comfortable and beautifully clean cottage. Fully equipped kitchen & equipment. Lovely large garden for children and/or dogs.

Mrs D,
